PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mount simply mirror face pieces for forming a cavity on a template and carry out the injection molding with little eccentricity. SOLUTION: An injection molding die is provided with mirror face forming sections 14a and 14b for forming a cavity 14, mirror pieces 15 and 16 mounted on templates 3 and 5 through clearances 31 and 32 and a heating means for heating the mirror pieces 15 and 16 and the templates 3 and 5. The mirror pieces 15 and 16 are formed of piece main bodies 15a and 16a with mirror face forming sections 14a and 14b and thermal expansion members 15b and 16b forming the integrated state, in which the central axes of the members conform to the central axes of piece main bodies 15a and 16a, and composed of the material quality of thermal expandability larger than that of the piece main bodies 15a and 16a, being bonded preferentially on the template 3 and 5 by heating applied by the heating means to eliminate the clearances 31 and 32. As the clearances 3 and 5 are provided, the mirror pieces can be mounted on the templates 3 and 5 easily. After the thermal expansion members 15b and 16b are bonded on the templates 3 and 5 by heating, the eccentricity of the mirror face pieces 15 and 16 is reduced. |
