PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ink jet recording head capable of being reduced in production cost. SOLUTION: When voltage is applied across electrodes 32, 33, the projected part 26 of a piezoelectric element 17 is deformed in a long side direction extension and contraction vibration mode. By this constitution, the surfaced opposed to the bottom surface of an ink chamber 29 of the projected part 26 extends, contracts and vibrates in the direction crossing the longitudinal direction thereof at a right angle and the ink in the ink chamber 29 is ejected from a nozzle 31 by the pressure force thereof. |
