PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dental medicine capable of preventing and treating bone density increase and fragility of a jaw alveolar bone portion and capable of stimulating the regeneration of bone after an implantation by using a parathormone (derivative) or its combination with estrogen. SOLUTION: This dental medicine contains (A) a parathormone (derivative) a human parathormone comprising 84 amino acid residues [human PTH (1-84)], especially a recombined human PTH (1-84) or PTH (1-34) produced by a genetic engineering method} or (B) the combination of the ingredient A with (B1 ) estrogen as an active ingredient. The medicine is preferably administered at a dose of 1-1000μg (as the ingredient A) per kg body or at a dose of 1-50μg (as the ingredient B1 ) by a whole body administration method in the dosage form of an infection (e.g. liquid or lyophilized preparation).
