PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the pulling load of a trigger by providing insertion holes slidably inserted with a shaft section on the axial extension line of the shaft section provided at the rear end of a throttle valve, and communicating the insertion hole with the atmospheric air. SOLUTION: A pressure receiving area receiving the pressure of the pressure accumulating chamber 7 of a throttle valve 5 is decreased byπ.d<2> /4 than before, thus the load to a trigger 14 side applied to the throttle valve 5 and the pulling load of the trigger 14 are decreased by the pressure difference between the pressure accumulating chamber 7 and an air passage 10. Since the throttle valve 5 is not required to be miniaturized, the power of a pneumatic motor 1 is not reduced. A shaft section 5c is provided at the rear end of the throttle valve 5, holes 18a, 16 slidably inserted with the shaft section 5c are provided on the axial extension line of the shaft section 5c to communicate the rear end of the throttle valve 5 to the atmospheric air, thereby the pulling load of the trigger 14 can be reduced without reducing the power of the pneumatic motor 1.
