<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a process for cost effectively producing artificial aggregate having properties necessary as aggregate. SOLUTION: This process for producing the artificial aggregate consists in producing the artificial aggregate by using at least one kind among building waste materials produced from the disassembly of buildings, soil, such as pozzolanic viscous soil, polluted soil polluted by pollutants and oily soil contg. oily materials as raw materials, melting these raw materials with combustible wastes as fuel, and cooling the melt. In such a case, the raw materials and the combustible wastes are mixed to obtain a mixture. Thus mixture is directly charged into a direct melting type incineration furnace where the mixture is heated and melted by the combustible components in the mixture as fuel. The resulted melt is cooled, by which the artificial aggregate is formed.</p> |
