<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a folding box, good in appearance, rigid and not generating dioxin when the box is burnt, by a method wherein an expanded styrol board is shredded and is bent by a right angle to make a frame, then, a bottom plate, made of carton coated by paper, is bonded to the frame to form a folding box and, thereafter, printed paper is bonded so as to wrap the box. SOLUTION: The board of expanded styrol is employed as the base board of a folding box. The expanded styrol board is shredded and grooves as well as mating surfaces are cut in the rear side of the board properly to bend the board by a right angle and make a frame 3. On the other hand, a carton, on which paper is bonded, is cut so as to be square to make a bottom plate 4, then, the frame is bonded to the bottom plate to make a box. A sheet of paper 5, on which colored patterns are printed, is bonded by wrapping the expanded styrol board of the side surfaces of this box. In this case, the width of the paper 5 is widened slightly than the height of the box in upper and lower sided. The slightly widened upper part 6 of the paper 5 is bent inwardly to cover the rim of the box and is starched while the slightly widened lower part is bent to starch the same to the bottom of the box.</p> |
