PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit discharging of the bag of paper tube on the half way before arriving at a press device without stopping the operation of a bag making machine by a method wherein an on the half way bag discharging means is arranged at the side of the press device for an endless type belt, transferring the paper tube to the supplying position of the press device in a next process. SOLUTION: A rotary transferring drum 690 and an endless type belt 693, suspended across the rotary transferring drum 690, transfer a paper tube to the supplying position of a counting device for a next process. An on the half way bag discharging means 694 is arranged on the endless type belt 693 at the side of the counting device. The on the half way bag discharging means 694 is provided with an air cylinder for driving a discharging plate into the moving direction of the same. The counting device is provided with a drum, transferring the paper tube, in which respective front and rear turning flaps are turned by a bag bottom turning device 680, a press roller, pressing respective turned front and rear turning flaps to form the square bottom part of a paper bag, a counting unit, for counting the formed paper bags, and a products table for arraying the paper bags. |
