<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a work vehicle suppressing a shock at speed change time in accompany with position operation of a hydraulic clutch. SOLUTION: A logical running speed is obtained, based on a signal from a rotational speed sensor 21 measuring a speed of an engine at speed change operation time and a shift stage sensor 20 discriminating a shift stage of a transmission. An actual running speed of a car body is obtained by an actual car speed sensor 22. Based on a speed difference between the logical running speed and the actual running speed, a control device 19 steplessly switches a step up characteristic of in-operation hydraulic oil supplied to a shift clutch C at shift time of the transmission.</p> |
