PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermosetting resin composition excellent in rigidity and strength. SOLUTION: This thermosetting resin composition comprises, as the major ingredients, (A) 50 to 99.9 wt.% of a thermosetting resin, and (B) 50 to 0.1 wt.% of a (co)polymer, produced by (co)polymerization of at least one monomer component selected from the group consisting of aromatic vinyl compounds, vinyl cyanides and other vinyl-based monomers copolymerizable therewith, and having an intrinsic viscosity of 1.5 dl/g or more and Mw/Mn ratio of above 3.0, wherein A+B=100 wt.%. It may also comprise 100 pts.wt. of a thermosetting resin composition incorporated with (C) 1 to 50 pts.wt. of a rubber- reinforced thermoplastic resin produced by polymerization of a vinyl-based monomer component in the presence of a rubber-based polymer. |
