The present invention relates to an amplifier intended for wavelength-multiplexing operation, wherein said amplifier is made in the shape of ring-shaped resonator. The output of the amplifying member (V) is connected to a serially mounted circuit of an optical circulator (OZ) and a fibre network (FG). The narrow band signal (LL) reflected by the fibre network (FG) is re-injected through the circulator (OZ) at the input of the amplifying member (V) via an attenuation device (VA).
