PURPOSE:To prepare an oxymethylene polymer compsn. which is excellent in the heat stability and moldability by compounding an oxymethylene polymer with a specific quaternary copolyamide, a hindered phenol antioxidant, and an alkaline earth metal hydroxide. CONSTITUTION:An oxymethylene homo- or copolymer is compounded with a hindered phenol antioxidant (A) having a mol.wt. of 400 or higher, and alkaline earth metal hydroxide (B), and a quaternary copolyamide comprising polyamides 6/66/610/12. The amts. of A, B, and C are each about 0.001-5.0 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. oxymethylene homo- or copolymer. |
