The frame is attached to a wall by mounting plates (11) on curved arms (10) to space it from the wall. The frame forms a ladder with multiple rungs (1) in its upper section and two rungs (2) in its wider lower section. The lower rungs are connected by a vertical bar which support an adjustable cross bar (8) spaced from the ladder to receive the users knees.
