The dispenser consists of a holder (2) with perforations (12) and containing perfumed elements in the form of polymer granules (13) impregnated with a concentrated perfume. The holder is connected by a flexible cord (3) to a support (1), the cord being wound onto a reel (8) inside the support so that the holder is pulled back to the support after it has been lifted to smell the perfume.
