Device for linking a discharging buoy (2) and a marine installation (1) for oil production with means of anchoring (3), comprising at least one underwater line (7) for transferring the oil products from the installation to the buoy with a coupling (6) connecting the two whilst limiting the amplitudes of their relative displacements The coupling supports the transfer line underwater at a predetermined depth and is a cable or has positive flotation to support the line. This positive flotation is spread over the whole transfer line by means of a floating tube. The coupling is operated to form the anchor line of the buoy. The device includes linkages (9) to connect the coupling and the transfer line in one bundle. The end of the coupling near the buoy is connected to at least two anchor lines (5) on the buoy by at least two tension lines. A spacing bar is installed between the anchor lines, suspended from the buoy in a vertical plane passing through the vertical axis of the buoy. The device contains flexible lines (12, 13) to connect the ends of the transfer line over the length of the line supported by the coupling, to the marine installation and the buoy. A safety support cable for the transfer line passes through the bundle.
