The foundation arrangement comprises a frame (1) in which are attached reinforcing rods (2), and upon which threaded sleeves (3) are installed for the attachment of component parts for the shock absorber or attachment of other traffic installations. The frame has the dimensions of the shock absorber and is an expendable shuttering. The threaded sleeves are screwed or welded to the reinforcing rods at predetermined points in the frame.
