The guide bush (3) has a ball bearing for longitudinal and rotary movement. It has an outer shell (5) made of bearing steel in which the bearing cage (8) with multiple ball rows is fitted. The cage receives free circumferentially positioned bearing balls. The ball rows run on inner axially extending races. The shaft of the tool (2) is machined, ground and surface finished.
