The invention relates to a guiding element (1) containing a channel section (5) especially for receiving lines. The channel section (5) is bordered by two interspaced side walls (2, 3) which are located opposite one another and are connected by at least one connecting element (4). Rotationally mounted supporting bodies (6, 7) are arranged within the channel section (5). Bearing journals configured on adapters (14a, 14b, 15a, 15b) partially project into respective supporting bodies (6, 7).
