Clip for fixing to a drilled laminar body. Provided with a head 1 that, behind a rubber cup washer 3 to take up the difference in thickness in the laminar body to which it is to be attached, extends in a series of side arms 4 distributed around the periphery of a truncated cone and separated by openings 5 that are also longitudinal, these ribs forming a peripheral throat 6 next to the cup washer 3 and converging at their end to a truncated conical tab 7, frontally or optionally rounded off with any radius of curvature, sufficiently convergent to facilitate the art of insertion of the clip in the corresponding hole, and it has the special feature of incorporating a plastic washer 9, suitably attached to the body, whose opening is of a diameter equal to or slightly less than that in the drilled laminar body to which it is to be attached, so that in the act of insertion it is the edge of this plastic washer that acts on the ribs of the body to deform them elastically without their being subjected to the direct action of the drilled laminar body, which is usually sheet metal. <IMAGE>
