The actuator has a bellows-type sealing element (44,45) which with an increase in pressure deforms into a hollow component. This restricts the working chamber (36,37) on its inside, which is filled with pressurized working medium and acts upon the oscillating vane (17). In its unpressurized state the sealing element is in membrane form, fixed on one side, and overlaps the mouth of the supply channels (38,39), and when pressurized experiences a balloon form expansion.
