The invention relates to a growing body for plants, especially for plant seedlings which can be used for any plant size. The growing body comprises a compact structural shape and is very easy to store or handle. According to the invention, a solid body (1) provided for the plant has an insertion surface (4) arranged on the upper side (3) thereof and is constructed out of coir fiber (2).
