<p>The body can be located by a sleeve filled with rapid-setting non-rigid low-ductility foam fitted out with an inflatable or foamable lying surface complete with pre-set overpressure valves. The sleeve has its own entry or exit opening (9) with watertight seal, handholds (7) for transport and eyelets (8) for hoisting etc. When released, the transporter automatically assumes ellipsoidal shape so its activated cushions etc. cocoon the reclining body. External elements keep the transporter buoyant and positionally stable together with a ventilated eyepiece (10). The sleeve consists of fine-pored material permeable to air but proof against water.</p>
