The profiled sections (2,3) each have a wall (17,18) with a hole (10,11) connected together for rotation by two pivots (4,5) mounted on an axis (19) and an intermediate disc (16) set between the two profiled sections. The pivots are held in the holes by barbs and each have in the middle an axial bore. The pivots are divided into individual pivots which fix against the wall of the holes but allow the two profiled sections to rotate relative to each other about an axis.
