VLIW CALCULATOR HAVING PARTIAL PRE-EXECUTION FONCTION

In order to prevent performance deterioration in a VLIW calculator, which is ascribed to a dynamic factor occurring during the execution of a code, such as a cache error, a control is carried out so that each small instruction in a long instruction is issued, and so that issuable small instructions which belong to the same instruction to which small instruction unissuable due to a dynamic factor belong are issued.
