<p>Tool for perforating laminar elements which is applicable to writing implements such as ball-pens, felter pens, fountain pens, pencils, cutters, markers and the like. The aim of this perforating tool is to make holes into laminar elements such as a sheet of paper which, once perforated, can be filed into a ring-type file or the like. Essentially, the perforating tool is comprised of two U-shaped arms, one of them being provided with a punch and the other with a hole. The perforating tool has a tie to the writing implement to which it is connected.</p> |
