A device for pulverizing particles within short periods of time while maintaining stable emulsified dispersion by squeezing fine particles with a strong force. When a pressure is exerted on a liquid containing a substance and the liquid is passed through a passage that is continuous from a broad passage to a narrow passage in a bent manner, the velocity suddenly increases, and the substance is emulsion-dispersed and pulverized due to impact force based on acceleration and due to mutual actions of various physical phenomena. A plurality of flow passages are suitably combined together to form a wall that does not wear and to form a strong flow passage.
