Arrangement for slitting and cutting of pastry consisting of a rotor (4), in which there is framed at least one pressure fluid channel (10), which has fluid communication with at least one slitting tool cylinder (11). To the slitting tool control device a slitting tool (13) is connected. The pressure fluid channels will, when the rotor (4) rotates, come into contact with a pressure fluid source, via channels (8, 9) formed in a stationary axle (5), when the rotor (4) comes into a predetermined angular position. In this angular position a fluid pressure is applied in the slitting tool cylinder (11) so that the slitting tool (13) slits the pastry.<IMAGE> |
