A circuit having a differential pair of bipolar transistors (1,2) and a constant current source (3). A series circuit consisting of a resistor (109) and a capacitor (110) is connected between the collector of one of the resistors and a steady voltage source either that of the power supply or of the substrate. The differential pair, constant current source, and series circuit are formed on an integrated circuit in a semiconductor chip.
