PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to reduce response time of an individual communication by preferentially supplying the individual communication to an output line of a specified band and supplying a delayed multi-address communication after a specified time passes to the output line when a time divided multi- address communication request is delayed and the individual communication request is made during the specified time. SOLUTION: A data reference request terminal 60 requests a reference of information to a data server 56 through a wire or wireless communication channel. The data server 56 can make a satellite communication control station 54 transmit an individual communication requested through a wide band channel and a broadcasting data server 58 transmits data to be broadcast in real time to the satellite communication control station 54. A data transmission is performed by deciding order of priority of the multi-address communication of the individual communication on demand and broadcasting data and it is judged whether an on demand output request occurs at the time of outputting broadcasting data and, when this condition is satisfied, the individual communication of on demand registered with a stand-by buffer is performed and processed. |
