PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a voice message accurately by applying storage processing to speech contents, concatenating a voice message recorded separately with the processed speech to generate a concatenated voice message thereby allowing a comment to be added to the voice message and broadcasting the resulting voice message. SOLUTION: A voice processing control section 104 of a voice processing section 101 confirms the arrival of a call from a 1st caller telephone set 3 and sends a guidance relating to reception of a voice broadcast message having been recorded in advance in a voice storage memory section 103, then accepts a message after that and stores it in the voice storage memory section 103. Then the voce processing control section 104 sends the stored message and a guidance relating to an additional comment with respect to the message to a telephone set 4 of a person in charge of broadcasting. After recording a required comment, if any, the voice processing control section 104 generates a concatenated voice message, based on the comment and the voice message, and broadcasts sequentially the concatenated voice message sequentially to multiple address telephone sets 1-3 registered in advance in a multiple address destination storage memory section 102. |
