PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive squeezing device capable of normally maintaining the squeezing capacity of a squeezing roller by stably removing a liquid developer on the squeezing roller over a long period. SOLUTION: The device is provided with the squeezing roller 51 for removing a surplus liquid developer D' stuck to a photoreceptor 1, prior to the following transfer, in a liquid developing system image forming device for developing an electrostatic latent image formed on the photoreceptor 1 (an electrostatic latent image carrier) with a liquid developer (D) including toner, to make the electrostatic latent image into a visible toner image and transfer it to a recording paper (S) (a transferred material). Then, a cleaning roller 52 for removing a liquid developer D1 stuck to the squeezing roller 51 is provided and in the cleaning roller 52, a releasing outer layer 521 is formed on an elastic body layer 522. |
