PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio system with a simple configuration and less effect on a human body or other device by conducting relay transmission of data through optical transmission so as to make a communication area of a radio terminal equipment narrower, thereby reducing power of a transmission radio wave. SOLUTION: A data repeater 10 provided with a light emitting section and a light receiving section connects to other data repeater 11 by optical transmission and data repeaters 12, 13 are connected in series ahead the repeater 11 and then relay transmission of data is conducted in 2-way through time division multiplex by packet processing. The data repeater 10 is in radio channel connection to a radio terminal 20 placed in a radio area 10a by the spread spectrum system adopting the frequency hopping method and transmission reception of packet data to/from the radio terminal equipment 20 is controlled through the radio transmission and the optical transmission. |
