PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a receiving device by which power saving is realized while improving a bit error rate. SOLUTION: A receiver is provided with an orthogonal wave detector 12 converting an intermediate frequency signal obtained based on a reception signal into a baseband signal, a comparator 16 binarizing the baseband signal coming by way of first LPF 14 being an analog filter, second LPE (CIC filter) 18 passing the odd-number times frequency component of a basic frequency within nearly rectangular waves outputted from the comparator 16 and the sampler 20 and the comparator 24 decoding an output signal in accordance with a clock which is reproduced by a clock reproducing circuit 22 based on the output signal of second LPF 18. |
