PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily find out own job by inserting an interleaf in a boundary between job output paper and another job output paper, making the direction and/or the size of the interleaf different from that of the job output paper, printing interleaf information on the surface of the interleaf and outputting the interleaf face up. SOLUTION: When an interleaf mode is set (#1001) and printing on the interleaf (#1008) is performed, user information showing what user the outputted paper belongs to such as a user's name, the name of a file and printing time is printed on the interleaf (#1009). The interleaf on which the user information is printed is fed to a unit and passes through without stopping and without reversing the front surface to the back surface (#1010) and is ejected on an ejection tray. Thereafter, a cassette housing the paper on which print data is printed is selected (#1003) and printing processing is performed (#1004). The printed paper is ejected face down sideways, while the interleaf is ejected face up lengthways. |
