SOLUTION: For delivering a portable transmitter 11 to each visitor at the time of entering, the visitor him/herself or an attendant inputs additional information, corresponding to the identification code of each portable transmitter by an additional information registering means 14. This additional information can contain the kind of service information, the contents of service information, frequency of providing, the name of an individual carrying it, etc. Then, in order to provide service information, when receivers 12 and 13 installed near the portable transmitter 11 of the visitor moving around in a facility receive an individual identification code, a service-selecting means 18 selects the kind of service information corresponding to the received individual identification code to call service information of contents, which corresponds to the installed positions of the receivers in the kind of service information selected from a database 16 to be output from a service information output means 17 installed at a pertinent place. |
