PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a window control device capable of surely displaying necessary display information even when plural window pictures are displayed in a superposed state and capable of executing accurate and quick operation. SOLUTION: The visible area of a title bar is acquired and stored in a RAM 3 (S301), the display areas of an icon and a program name are acquired and stored in the RAM 3 (S302). Whether the display areas are included in the visible area or not, is discriminated (S303). When the display areas are not included, the left end coordinates of the visible area of the title bar are acquired and stored in the RAM 3 (S304). Then, the display areas of the icon and the program name are moved in the title bar so that the acquired coordinates are arranged on an upper-left position (S305).
