PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor storage device realizing high speed operation and high integration. SOLUTION: In the semiconductor storage provided with an indirect circuit area in a central part of a semiconductor chip and constituted so that memory array parts are arranged symmetrically while interposing at least the indirect circuit area therebetween, plural output buffers are arranged in one bundle in the indirect circuit area, or are arranged, while dividing to two sets, in the positions becoming equal interval from the nearly central part of the indirect circuit area, and a clock regenerative circuit is arranged so that an output point of an internal clock signal coincides with the central part. |
