PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a central storage device for core data secret items. SOLUTION: The architecture of the central storage device is provided with a storage server 104, plural installable storage providers 106 and authentication providers 108 more than one. By exposing a programming interface 110, an application program 102 can utilize services to be provided and it is not necessary to actually mount such a function. The storage server 104 calls the designated storage provider 106 and performs the safe storage and retrieval of data items. Besides, the storage server 104 calls the authentication providers 108 more than one when identifying and/or authenticating current computer user group. |
