<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power on reset circuit surely generating a power on reset signal even when a source voltage drops. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with inverter circuits 10, 12 connected to each other, a capacitor 14 connected to the input node of the inverter circuit 10 and the inverter circuits 20-25 generating a power on reset signal/POR according to the voltage of the output node of the inverter circuit 10, and for making a source voltage of a transistor 124 in the inverter circuit 12 higher than a grounded voltage, a diode-connected transistor 18 is inserted between the source of the transistor 124 and a grounded node 2.</p> |
