<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high speed signal supply circuit which can considerably reduce such a possibility that unnecessary radiation occurs without mounting a terminal resistor on a back board. SOLUTION: In the high speed signal supply circuit, in which plural systems are loaded on a substrate and several systems of them are made to not operated usually, a amplifying the output of the high speed signal source X1 of an oscillator and supplying it to the outer substrates 1-3, resistors R1-R3 and resistors R4-R4. The back board 20 is provided with a mounting information notifying line 22 giving the notice of mounting information for stopping the outputs of the output side buffers Buff 1-3. The plural substrates 1-3 are provided with the reception side buffers Ruff 4-6 amplifying a received high speed signal and terminal resistors R7-12. When the notice of substrate mounting information is received from the substrate mounting information notice line 22, the output side buffers Buff 1-3 and the resistors R1-R3 receiving the notice fix the output to the pertinent substrate at a prescribed potential level.</p> |
