<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clock skew measure of a hard macro, with which the examination of the arrangement of a delay adjusting element in the hard macro and installation work are not required and the substitution processing time of the delay adjusting element, of the hard macro become independent of the scale of a block. SOLUTION: A recessed part 11 is provided for the substrate 10 of the hard macro. An operation element functioning as an RAM, an ROM, a FIFO register and a multiplier is arranged in an operation function area 12 provided for a part except the recessed part 11 and the delay adjusting element and a clock pin 14 are arranged for a delay adjusting function area 13 provided in the recessed part 11. Thus, a clock generation source and an operation element arranged in the operation function area of the hard macro can directly be connected by a clock line.</p> |
