<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain space diversity effect and path diversity effect efficiently with a smaller scale than here to fore in the rake reception method for a spread spectrum signal through the use of pluralities of antennas. SOLUTION: Without adopting fixed connection among pluralities of reception antennas 10, 20 and finger sections #1-#8, connection of an antenna output with respect to each finger section is selected depending on a reception state for each multipath propagation path in each antenna branch to control the selection of a finger section being an object of rake synthesis. Furthermore, finger sections whose reception state does not satisfy a prescribed condition are excluded from the object of rake synthesis.</p> |
