PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To keep secrecy by enabling only limited users to see the correction or confirmation of the recognized result by providing a destination determining means or the like for sending the notice of a destination user to send the notice of error occurrence or the confirmation of the processing result corresponding to processing conditions at respective means. SOLUTION: When a sheet ID is recognized by a sheet recognizing part 13, a preparation user specifying part 16 specifies the user, who prepares the sheet, from that sheet ID. An input data managing part 17 has an input data managing table 17a and manages the inputted sheet as input data together with processing advancement information showing how much that sheet is processed concerning the information such as the sheet ID, the date and time of input, inputting person and sheet describing person. A destination determination reporting part 18 has a destination determination data table 18a and performs reporting while using a communication part 20 by determining the user to dispatch the notice on each processing stage of the inputted sheet while utilizing this table. |
