PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit detecting an input current value and a regenerative current value at one point, in an inverter equipment. SOLUTION: A high frequency current flowing into a smoothing capacitor 4 connected between DC bus lines 5, 6 is detected by a current transformer 21. A current detecting circuit 22 obtains a current value 1a which is detected by the current transformer 21 during the ON period of an IGBT 8, on the basis of a timing signal given from an output control circuit 18, and detects an input current value on the basis of the current value 1a and a data table showing the previously obtained correlation. The current detecting circuit 22 obtains a current value 1b which is detected by the current transformer 21 during the period from the OFF point of the IGBT 8 to the next ON point of an IGBT 7, and detects a regenerative current value on the basis of the current value 1b and the data table. |
