PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving equipment of a vehicle for industrial use which can accelerate a vehicle, with shortened switching time. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with an accelerator pedal which inputs a target speed of a vehicle, a forward/reverse handle which inputs the direction of the vehicle, and a controller which switches the target speed of the accelerator pedal from forward to reverse, when it ascertains the switching of the direction to be forward by the forward/reverse handle, without returning the accelerator pedal at the time of the reverse movement of the vehicle and then drives a drive motor. Due to this structure, when the forward/reverse handle is switched from reverse to forward, without returning the accelerator pedal, the motor is suddenly braked by an inverter and thereby the vehicle is stopped and, in a rapid sequence, is accelerated forward toward the traveling speed. With this method, the vehicle can be switched rapidly so that the switching time can be shortened. |
