PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal source voltage generation circuit generating a stable internal source voltage. SOLUTION: This circuit is provided with an internal source voltage supply node NI, an external source voltage supply node NE, a VDC(voltage drop circuit) 16 converting the external source voltage to the internal source voltage, a delay part 13 varying a delay time according to the size of the external source voltage, a two inputs OR circuit 15 and a P channel MOS transistor 17 connected between the external source voltage supply node NE and the internal source voltage supply node NI, and a current is supplied to the internal source voltage supply node NI in response to a signal/SOP activated at a large current consumption time. |
