Stand-by positions 39 to 42 are provided in the sections partitioned with the fire-preventive shutters 35 to 38 and even if an unmanned truck is unable to pass through any of the fire-preventive shutters 35 to 38, it can move through one of other shutters by changing its travel route. In this case, the unmanned trucks 30 to 34 can determine their travel routes autonomously according to their route tables and shelter by themselves.
