PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image communication equipment, capable of selecting a printer to record received image data automatically based on caller side information. SOLUTION: When a digital command signal DCS is detected by an NCU via a telephone line L, a FAX server 1 detects the size of original of received image data and its resolution. Based on the result, the FAX server 1 selects a printer to print out the received image data among 1st printer 4 to 3rd printer 6 which are connected to a communication network. Then the FAX server 1 transfers the received image data to the selected printer. |
