PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the time before collection of data is started, to measure plural measurement points and also to reduce power consumption by preparing different systems to supply the electric energy which is generated by the irradiation of light to a data transfer device and to transmit various control signals respectively. SOLUTION: By a light irradiation part 12, a photoelectric conversion part 22 is irradiated with light beam 3. The beam 3 is converted into electrical energy at the part 22 and supplied to a sensor processing part 21, a 1st optical signal-receiving part 23, a 2nd optical signal transmitting part 24, sensors 25a to 25c, and a sensor selector 26. Then a collection-processing part 11 of a data collection device 1 sends the start signal which has been converted into an optical signal 4 to the part 23, via a 1st optical signal transmitting part 13. Thus, the supply of the electrical energy and the transmission of various control signals are performed in the different systems and accordingly can be performed substantially simultaneously. Furthermore, the outputs of the sensors 25a to 25c can be processed by a single data transfer device 2, and various types of data can be detected. |
