PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a size, to reduce power consumption and to reduce clock skew by providing a control signal generation circuit which generates a control signal based on 1st and 2nd clock signals and a mode setting signal and plural scan path circuits which are operated and controlled by the generated control signal. SOLUTION: A control signal generation circuit 150 generates a control signal which controls plural scan path circuits 130-K and 140-K (1≫∼) which are contained from a 1st clock signal MCK, a 2nd clock signal TCK and a mode setting signal MODE. Because of this, each scan path circuit synchronizes with a common control signal and operates. Then, an output signal from each scan path circuit that has the same circuit configuration becomes more synchronous and clock skew of the semiconductor integrated circuit 100 can be reduced. Also, because one circuit 150 is shared by plural scan path circuits, the size of the circuit 100 can be miniaturized. |
