PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer compound layer having high heat resistance. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor containing a conductive polymer compound formed by chemical oxidation polymerization as a solid electrolyte, the thickness of a conductive polymer compound layer 4 at a center of a capacitor element is at least 0.02μm or more, and a thickness of the layer 4 at a center of the element and thickness of the layer 4 near the outer surface of the element are within 0.08μm. Thus, the internal layer 4 tending to be formed thin in a conventional method does not become an insulator by heat at the time of heating test, and ESR deterioration of the capacitor at the time of heating test at 125 deg.C is prevented. |
